This lovely little throw measures just 50 x 63 inches and is wonderful for anyone looking for a simple project that can be done anywhere! English Paper Piecing is the method I used...but there are lots of ways people do it. Pop over to our blog and see how I baste my papers.
Chateau Gardens uses 1 (yes...just 1) strip roll and a solid coordinating background...i chose Moda's Bella Solid in color Linen. This pattern is a reworking of our Jelly Garden quilt...the directions have been changed to use a Tilda strip roll which is still 40 strips, but every strip roll has 2 of each of 20 prints. I'm still working on mine...so i'm not sure how it will be finished off. I've added a fringe the first 2 Jelly Garden quilts i've made, but this one i may do crochet trim...we'll see! You can trim straight and bind if you prefer.
