yes...but keep in mind...that custom orders are non-returnable.
shipping?
all shipping is via USPS...with tracking.
orders over $10 are usually shipped with tracking and insurance.
orders are shipped to address on order. if address is incorrect/order is returned to sender...refund will be for price of item(s) only...shipping will not be refunded.
returns?
in the event that a return has been agreed upon.
if item(s) have been shipped, please return item(s) in original condition. this means that item should be able to be resellable without having to replace any part of it.
Example...bundle is tied with ribbon and tag...it should be returned with ribbon and tag.
refund will be for the price of the item(s) only (-a 25% restocking fee)...shipping will not be refunded.
delayed or lost package?
we cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, stolen packages. please check with your local post office first...they may have it.
if the item has insurance i can put in a claim, and we can go from there.
if there is no insurance, then it is a "wait and see" type situation.
item availability?
please keep in mind...we have a storefront...so we may have more or on occasion less than what you purchased.

please be aware when purchasing papers and templates...that the template is only included in options that have the pack amount followed by a reference to the template...whether "+tem", "/tem", "+acrylic", etc.
cannot download pdf
please convo me if you are having issues with your PDF (i do not always see reviews...so they are not the best way to contact me).

A nice book for working the Lucy Boston quilt Patchwork of the Crosses. I particularly like the shaded graphic on page 27, so helpful for visualizing the variations that make this quilt design so appealing. All the support and inspiration are right here in this book. Book was shipped well and arrived in perfect new condition. I am just starting to learn English Paper Piecing quilting and there is so much helpful information in this small book. One of the coolest parts is near the back it shows you a wide array of "patterns" you could use to piece together blocks of honeycomb shapes, showing different ways to piece lighter, darker, and mid tone colors for different effects. I will definitely be using that a lot.
