Doesn't everyone LOVE a box of yarn! i know i do! We've packed you a box full of 10+ skeins of yarn. We just don't have the space for yarn in our growing quilt shop and have decided to start clearing it out, and we couldn't think of a better way to do it.

Each box will be unique...picture 1 is only to give you an idea of how much yarn will be packed into your box. We have lots of different weights and colors so each will be unique. Please keep that in mind when ordering.

International crafter/quilters: This listing is for ONE medium flat rate box of goodies. Shipping varies so much from country to country...therefore i have set the listing shipping higher to cover all of you. After shipping i will refund the overage. Box will fall under the maximum weight for international shipping.

Custom and personalized orders
yes...but keep in mind...that custom orders are non-returnable.
shipping?
all shipping is via USPS...with tracking.
orders over $10 are usually shipped with tracking and insurance.
orders are shipped to address on order. if address is incorrect/order is returned to sender...refund will be for price of item(s) only...shipping will not be refunded.
returns?
in the event that a return has been agreed upon.
if item(s) have been shipped, please return item(s) in original condition. this means that item should be able to be resellable without having to replace any part of it.
Example...bundle is tied with ribbon and tag...it should be returned with ribbon and tag.
refund will be for the price of the item(s) only (-a 25% restocking fee)...shipping will not be refunded.
delayed or lost package?
we cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, stolen packages. please check with your local post office first...they may have it.
if the item has insurance i can put in a claim, and we can go from there.
if there is no insurance, then it is a "wait and see" type situation.
item availability?
please keep in mind...we have a storefront...so we may have more or on occasion less than what you purchased.
if we have more...it may be relisted immediately.
if we have less...i will contact you via convo to see how you wish to proceed. if i do not hear back on or before the ship date, i will put through a cancelation.
free shipping?
in order to remain fair to our instore customers (some of which travel a distance to visit us)...we do not offer free shipping to our online customers.

coupon codes, sales, discounts?
as a rule we do not offer coupon codes, run sales, or have a quantity discount.
(we run a cyber weekend sale...and have ran flash sales.)
international shipping?
international shipping is expensive and varies by country and weight of item(s) ordered. i have set shipping high to cover everyone. shipping overage will be refunded after item(s) have shipped.
be aware...items will be shipped with tracking and possibly insurance just in case an item is lost in transit. if you opt to ship without we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
epp papers and acrylic templates?
please be aware when purchasing papers and templates...that the template is only included in options that have the pack amount followed by a reference to the template...whether "+tem", "/tem", "+acrylic", etc.
cannot download pdf
please convo me if you are having issues with your PDF (i do not always see reviews...so they are not the best way to contact me).
--pdfs cannot be downloaded to a mobile device
--find the order that contains the pdfs then to the right there will be a "download files" button

Got 13 skeins, all great quality and most colors are ones that suit me or loved ones well. The weights ranged from fingering to bulky, the fiber wool or cotton. The cotton has been used to make beautiful farmers market bags. Have only used one wool skein, so far, it was incorporated into a lovely warm shawl for a family member.

I didn't actually need customer service, but they proactively reached out to make sure I received my package. The box contained some beautiful yarns, and was exactly what was described.

This was a fantastic buy. The box I got was completely stuffed full of high quality yarn (18 skeins I think?) and weighed a hefty 4+ pounds. It had a nice mix of wool, cotton, and silk blends in a few different weights. After receiving the first box I immediately went back and bought another.
